Cuando se trate de ampliar la prestación del servicio a otros municipios dentro del Departamento donde se halle la sede principal o las sucursales, se deberá presentar solicitud al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional a través del Comando del Departamento de Policía respectivo, el cual remitirá a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional la solicitud con el concepto sobre su conveniencia.
