ARTICULO 366. Usurpación de aguas. El que con el fin de conseguir para sí o para otro un provecho ilícito y en perjuicio de tercero, desvíe el curso de las aguas públicas o privadas, o impida que corran por su cauce, o las utilice en mayor cantidad de la debida, incurrirá en prisión de uno a tres años y multa de un mil a veinte mil pesos.
