Proyectos para apoyar a las instituciones educativas a contar con la conectividad y adecuaciones de infraestructura. En desarrollo de lo previsto en el inciso primero del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política, se podrán financiar con recursos del fondo de desarrollo regional y hasta por doscientos mil millones de pesos ($200.000.000.000,00), proyectos de inversión que tengan por objeto apoyar a las instituciones educativas a contar con la conectividad y las adecuaciones de infraestructura para desarrollar una educación basada en la innovación que promueva el desarrollo social y regional, con el objetivo de responder a las necesidades del territorio y cerrar brechas sociales en materia educativa.
