La rebaja de pena de que trata el artículo 1° de esta Ley será hasta de una sexta, hasta de una séptima y hasta de una octava parte para los condenados que lo hayan sido a una pena privativa de la libertad, de duración de diez años o menos para el primer caso, menor de quince para el segundo, y de quince o más años para el tercero.
