Fuera de los casos de los dos artículos anteriores, el matrímonio posterior no produce ipso jure , la lejitimidad de los hijos. Para que ella se produzca es necesario que los padres desígnen en el acta de matrimonio, o en escritura pública, los hijos a quienes confieren este beneficio, ya estén vivos o muertos.
