º. Cuando el Consejo Directivo determine que un producto queda bajo control, lo hará conocer así del Director Ejecutivo, para que éste a su turno practique las diligencias de que tratan las letras a), b), c) y f) del artículo 1º de dicho Decreto, y para que realice todas las diligencias que sean necesarias a fin de cumplir las disposiciones del mismo.
