La Superintendencia de Sociedades tendrá un plazo máximo de seis (6) meses a partir de la entrada en vigencia de esta ley para establecer y poner en funcionamiento la estructura administrativa necesaria para el ejercicio de las competencias aquí previstas. Dentro de ese lapso, deberá expedir las instrucciones administrativas relacionadas en el artículo 23 de esta ley.
