Sujetos obligados a presentar el INFORME 58 - OFICIALES DE CUMPLIMIENTO: Los Sujetos Obligados de acuerdo con los Capítulos X y XIII de la Circular Básica Jurídica deberán designar un Oficial de Cumplimiento para el SAGRILAFT y un Oficial de Cumplimiento para el PTEE. El Oficial de Cumplimiento podrá ser la misma persona natural para ambos programas. El Sujeto Obligado tendrá que diligenciar el INFORME 58 - OFICIALES DE CUMPLIMIENTO, cada vez que haya una novedad en la designación o cambio por parte de la junta directiva o el máximo órgano social.
