No habrá lugar a la consignación de depósito cuando se trate de las importaciones que contempla el artículo 10 de la presente Ley, y en los demás casos de importaciones no reembolsables que determine la Superintendencia Nacional de Importaciones en la respectiva reglamentación.

Parágrafo

Deróganse las disposiciones de las leyes y Decretos en virtud de los cuales de otorgaron exenciones de deposito previo.
