Vender o entregar mercancías a personas diferentes a los viajeros que ingresan o salen del territorio aduanero nacional, en las condiciones establecidas en el presente decreto”. “2.2. Entregar las mercancías en lugares diferentes a los señalados en el artículo 65 del presente decreto”. “2.5. Vender mercancías a los viajeros procedentes del exterior que ingresen al territorio aduanero nacional en cantidades o valores superiores a los establecidos en el artículo 68 del presente decreto”.
