Las universidades públicas y privadas y los centros de formación técnica y tecnológica oficialmente reconocidos, podrán establecer sin perjuicio de su régimen de autonomía, la alternativa del desarrollo de planes de negocios de conformidad con los principios establecidos en esta ley, en reemplazo de los trabajos de grado.
