Para toda decisión de carácter jurisdiccional o no, se requiere una mayoría de cuatro votos uniformes, por 10 menos. En cuanto a los considerandos de las sentencias, decisiones o dictámenes, bastará el acuerdo de tres votos.

Si en la votación no se obtiene la mayoría requerida, conforme a las anteriores reglas, se repetirá aquélla, y si tampoco llegare a obtenerse mayoría, se procederá al sorteo de Conjueces hasta conseguirla o dirimir el empate.
