El Presidente de la República organizará el Ministerio de Justicia, dentro de los lineamientos generales, queda y de acuerdo con los antecedentes de esta Ley. En consecuencia, queda facultado para trasladar o suprimir los empleos que considere innecesarios en el Ministerio de Gobierno y en la Procuraduría General de la Nación; para crear los que estime indispensables para regular el funcionamiento del nuevo Ministerio y para fijar las correspondientes asignaciones.
