º . Definición de aprendices . Para efectos del presente decreto, entiéndese por aprendices, las personas que sean alumnas o certificadas por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Sena. También se consideran aprendices los alumnos de las instituciones que el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Sena, reconozca o autorice para desarrollar cursos o programas orientados a la formación y capacitación de aprendices, conforme a las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes.
