º . Dentro de las operaciones realizadas por la Dirección General del Tesoro a que se refiere el

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 116 de la Ley 508 de 1999, se encuentran incluidas aquellas transferencias que realizan los establecimientos financieros, de recursos que correspondan al recaudo de impuestos, incluidos los que provengan del recaudo del impuesto a las transacciones financieras, a las cuentas de la Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional.
