A rtículo 2°. Los empleos de carácter temporal, cuya vigencia se autoriza prorrogar mediante el presente Decreto, están destinados a cumplir las funciones que dieron lugar a su creación, de conformidad con lo señalado en la Ley 909 de 2004, los artículos 2.2.1.1.1 y siguientes del Decreto Nacional 1083 de 2015 y demás disposiciones que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
