El 31 de diciembre de cada año se cortarán las cuentas de la sociedad, se practicará un inventario físico de los activos sociales y se formará el balance general de los negocios durante el ejercicio, que junto con el respectivo estado de pérdidas y ganancias serán presentados por el Gerente a la Asamblea General por conducto de la Junta Directiva.
