° Suboficiales de los Servicios. Serán Suboficiales de los Servicios de la Policía Nacional de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 9º del Decreto 1212 de l990, los técnicos profesionales, tecnólogos de carreras intermedias, con título expedido de acuerdo a las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia y los Suboficiales que siendo técnicos, tecnólogos o profesionales de carrera intermedia, quieran pertenecer al Escalafón de los Servicios.
