Presidente y Vicepresidente. Las Juntas Directivas de las Cámaras de Comercio designarán un Presidente y un Vicepresidente. Estos dignatarios serán elegidos para periodos de un año y sólo podrán ser reelegidos por una sola vez para el período siguiente.
