° La Junta Directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario podrá rebajar hasta a un tres por ciento (3 por 100) la suscripción de acciones a que están obligados los prestatarios de dicha Caja. Queda en estos términos modificado el artículo 17 de los estatutos de la Caja de Crédito Agrario. Comuníquese y publíquese.
