Artículo cuarto. De acuerdo con las disposiciones de la Ley 159 de. 1948 y como cooperación de la. Nación, cédese al Aero-Club de Colombia, una avioneta marca Cesna, modelo 180, que se encuentra en el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público sin utilización para los servicios oficiales.

Parágrafo

Como retribución al Gobierno por la cesión a que se refiere, este Artículo, el Aero-Club de Colombia dará cinco (5) becas, que se adjudicarán a ciudadanos colombianos mediante reglamentación especial de la Aeronáutica Civil para la adjudicación de tales becas.
