Del Ministerio Público. El Ministerio Público es el representante de la sociedad en los procesos de policía. En ningún caso se podrá impedir u obstaculizar el ejercicio de sus funciones constitucionales de velar por la garantía de los derechos fundamentales y en especial, el debido proceso.
