El Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo de La Guajira tendrá el personal subalterno y remuneración correspondiente a los de su clase.

Parágrafo

Las atribuciones de los funcionarios judiciales o del Ministerio Público creados por medio de esta Ley, serán las mismas que corresponden a las entidades de su categoría.
