ESPECIMENES DE CREMACION OBLIGATORIA. Es obligatoria la cremación de especímenes quirúrgicos previamente estudiados anatomopatológicamente o de partes del cuerpo humano provenientes de autopsias.

Parágrafo

Si los subproductos del parto no van a ser utilizados con fines científicos deberán ser cremados.
