Cuando opere la reversión, el Ministerio acordará con el concesionario y previo avalúo especial, el valor comercial de los bienes muebles e inmuebles de que trata el artículo anterior. Dicho valor ingresará al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
