Siempre que el Departamento de Caldas ceda a la Nación los terrenos apropiados y todas las demás dependencias de que actualmente dispone la Escuela Normal Rural de Varones, de Manizales, la Nación se hará cargo del sostenimiento total de dicho establecimiento, de conformidad con las partidas que se incluyan en de los Presupuestos de la Nación para este fin.
