El Ministerio de Salud a solicituddeparte interesada y previa evaluación de las circunstancias que a su juicio considere indispensables y en especial de aquellas que afecten la comunidad en general, podrá otorgar plazos superiores a los señalados en el artículo 166 del Decretonúmero 617 de 1981 para efectos del cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en dicha norma.
