Ley 2 de 1932 · Que reglamenta la Caja de Auxilios de los ramos Postal y Telegráfico

Cuando el aspirante no concurriere personalmente a recibir la notificación de cualquier providencia dictada por la Junta o por el Ministerio, transcurridos treinta (30) días, se surtirá por edicto que se fijara en la Secretaría del mismo Ministerio por el término de cinco (5) días.

Transcurridos cinco (5) días desde la fijación del edicto sin que se haya hecho reclamación alguna, la providencia quedará ejecutoriada.
