Bienes a importar. Al amparo del Programa de Fomento para la Industria de Astilleros, podrán importarse con franquicia o exoneración de derechos de aduana los bienes que corresponden a las siguientes subpartidas arancelarias, siempre y cuando _ el código numérico único asignado a cada bien dentro de la respectiva subpartida no tenga Registro de Producción Nacional vigente a la fecha de embarque de la mercancía, entendiéndose como tal, la fecha de expedición del documento de transporte. Para la mercancía procedente de una zona franca se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de presentación y aceptación de la declaración de importación:
