Régimen Sancionatorio. El régimen sancionatorio aplicable por violación de las normas sobre protección o manejo de la flora silvestre o de los bosques, será el establecido en la Ley 1333 de 2009 la norma que lo modifique, derogue o sustituya. (Decreto 1791 de 1996 artículo 87).
