° Promuévese al Subteniente Luis Bautista S. del puesto de Adjunto á la Comandancia General de la segunda División al de Oficial de la cuarta Compañía del Batallón 7. ° de Infantería , acantonado en Cúcuta, en reemplazo, del Subteniente Miguel A. Vivas, quien falleció. Para llenar la vacante que deja Bautista destínase al Oficial del mismo grado Tomás Jaimes Vera, á quien se llama al servicio activo.
