repealed (título i del libro vi del código de comercio) by decreto 350/89

El concordato una vez celebrado con sujeción a lo previsto en el Capítulo anterior, deberá ser homologado por el juez competente para conocer de la quiebra, para lo cual la Superintendencia le enviará el expediente.

El juez deberá resolver dentro de los diez días siguientes al recibo del expediente.
