Estructura Interna. La estructura interna del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro será determinada por la Junta Directiva, con sujeción a las disposiciones legales vigentes, atendiendo las necesidades de la entidad y las políticas del Gobierno Nacional, en materia de organización y funcionamiento de las entidades públicas, la cual será flexible de tal manera que permita el cumplimiento eficaz y eficiente de sus funciones.
