Campañas de divulgación. Las autoridades mineras delegadas deberán adelantar dentro del ámbito de su jurisdicción amplias campañas de divulgación del programa de legalización con el fin de alcanzar con este la mayor cobertura posible. De igual manera, deberán prestar a todos los interesados la asesoría necesaria para dilucidar las inquietudes que se presenten en relación con la aplicación de esta sección.
