Establecimientos educativos ya aprobados. Todos los establecimientos educativos privados aprobados con antelación a la presente Ley, podrán continuar funcionando y tendrán un plazo de tres (3) años para elaborar y comenzar a aplicar su proyecto educativoinstitucional.

Los establecimientos fundados con base en acuerdos internacionales estarán sujetos a lo establecido en la presente Ley, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de lo previsto en tales acuerdos.
