° El presente Decreto surte efectos fiscales a partir del l9 de mayo de 1976, para los empleados que estuvieren prestando sus servicios en la Superintendencia Bancaria en dicha fecha, y sean incorporados a la- Planta de' Personal . a que se. refiere el presente Decreto. Para quienes hubieren ingresado con posterioridad, surtirá efectos fiscales a partir de la fecha dé posesión.
