°. Principio general de la elección. Cada uno de los grupos electores elegirá por mayoría simple un candidato para ocupar el cargo de miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión. El grupo conformado por los cuatro (4) candidatos ganadores, elegirá entre ellos al miembro de la Junta. Sólo el representante legal podrá sufragar en nombre de cada uno de los miembros de los cuatro (4) grupos electores.
