Vehículos accesibles. El Ministerio de Transporte establecerá las condiciones técnicas que deberán tener los vehículos que se destinen para la prestación del servicio de transporte especial de personas con discapacidad, movilidad reducida y pacientes no crónicos, de tal manera que el traslado se efectúe de manera cómoda, segura y accesible.
