Art. 4.° Los Administradores de Aduana y Jefes de los puertos deberán mantener fijado este decreto en los lugares más públicos de sus respectivos Despachos, y serán responsables de una multa que no baje de $ 50 ni exceda de $ 200, toda vez que, por su parte, sea infringido.
