Para efectos de los dispuesto en el artículo 98, al depositar su voto el primer sufragante, el Presidente del jurado dirá en alta voz uno; al depositar el segundo su voto, dirá de la misma manera dos, y así sucesivamente con los demás sufragantes, de manera que el público pueda saber, cada vez que se deposite un voto, cuántos electores han sufragado.
