- EVALUACION DE GESTION Y RESULTADOS. La entidad nacional de planeación que señale la ley, tendrá a su cargo el diseño y la organización de los sistemas de evaluación de gestión y resultados de la administración pública, tanto en lo relacionado con políticas como con proyectos de inversión, en las Condiciones que ella determine (Constitución Política, art. 343).
