El Banco de la República podrá conceder a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero un empréstito hasta por la cuantía de seis millones quinientos mil pesos ($ 6.500.000.00), monto del auxilio decretado por medio de la presente Ley, con el objeto de que se pueda proceder a realizar de manera inmediata las obras de riego previstas en el artículo 1°
