Incapacidad física permanente. Los informes médicos y el cuadro sintomático certificado, posibilitarán al Congreso para declarar en estado de incapacidad permanente al Vicepresidente de la República. Tal declaración se extenderá por escrito y en un término no mayor de tres (3) días al Presidente de la República y al mismo Vicepresidente.

Los Magistrados de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
