Art. 1.° Concédese a la señora Vicenta Hoyos, viuda del militar de la Independencia señor Juan A. Gutiérrez de Piñéres, i a sus cinco hijos, una pension alimenticia de sesenta pesos mensuales, de la que disfrutarán en comun, del modo siguiente : la señora Hoyos por el tiempo de su viudez : los varones miéntras llegan a la mayor edad, i las señoritas miéntras permanezcan solteras. Las cuotas correspondientes a los agraciados que pierdan su derecho, acrecerán a los otros.
