Para exportar mercancía sujeta a derechos de exportación podrá presentarse un manifiesto provisional en que se exprese el peso, volumen, medida o cantidad total de la mercancía que se vaya a exportar. Mediante fianza que garantice el ciento cincuenta por ciento (150 por 100) del valor que se les calcule a los derechos correspondientes, permitirá el Administrador la exportación deseada, sin que se exceda el peso, volumen, medida o cantidad expresada en el manifiesto provisional.
