Sede de las Cámaras Legislativas. El Senado y la Cámara de Representantes tienen su sede en la capital de la República. Por acuerdo entre ellas, las Cámaras podrán trasladar su sede a otro lugar y, en caso de perturbación del orden público, podrán reunirse en el sitio que designe el Presidente del Senado.
