La Agencia Presidencial de Cooperación Internacional o quien haga sus veces, informará la oferta de becas internacionales y transferencia de conocimientos a los cuales las personas interesadas y las instituciones de educación superior puedan aplicar, teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos contemplados en los artículos 3°, 4° y 5° de la presente ley, ante el Icetex, para que este pueda ser incluido en el Sistema Nacional de Información de Becas y Créditos Educativos (Snibce).
