Contra las providencias del Consejo Directivo de la Superintendencia Nacional de Producción y Precios cabe el recurso de reposición ante el mismo organismo. Respecto de dichas providencias serán igualmente admisibles el recurso de revocación directa y las acciones de la vía contencioso-administrativa.
