En el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores funcionará una Junta compuesta por el Secretario General, los Jefes de los Departamentos Diplomático y Consular y de la Sección de Contabilidad, y por un representante del Departamento Nacional de Provisiones, designado por el Director de éste. Un funcionario del Departamento Consular actuará como Secretario de la Junta. Corresponderá a dicha Junta tomar todas las medidas relativas a la inversión de los fondos recaudados por concepto de venta de formularios para facturas consulares del Modelo FC4, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° del Decreto número 369 del corriente año.
