Las personas a quienes se nombre para desempeñar los cargos a que se refiere este Decreto, excepto las que estén comprendidas en el caso previsto en el artículo 7° del Decreto número 2900 de 1953, deberán tomar nueva posesión, aunque hayan venido ocupando cargos de igual o análoga denominación en la Justicia Penal Militar.
